New Ministers visa approved

Posted at 7:43 pm under General News

Hello all,

The great news came through today that David and Margaret de Kock’s visas have been approved for them to come and be the Ministers for our Parish.

David and Margaret will now finalise their plans for the move from Howick in South Africa to Merredin. At this stage they will be moving mid July to begin with our congregation on August the 1st. Praise God for this wonderful news!

If you would like to find out more about David and Margaret’s journey, you can visit their personal blog at Faith2Face

Congratulations from the South Mandurah Congregation on the appointment on your new ministers David and Margaret! We have been blessed to have them attend our church on a few occasions and believe that God has a great future in store for Merredin with your new leadership.

All the best and God Bless!

Praise God, but can I ask how long the process took and what were the requirements.

Hi Gilberto, the process took about six months in total. It had to go through our local denominational body and then the Department of Immigration.
